Job Overview This role serves as the strategic leader of all Human Resources activities for the Disney Company within Latin America: Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and the rest of Latin America. This important role, working with the global, regional, and local HR organizations, will build organizational strategy, set goals and priorities. It will continue to evolve the HR organization to priorities and create focus, enable efficiency, and drive business results.
This important role provides direct HR Support to the Managing Director,the Sr. Executive Team, and employees at large; driving people strategies that supports business objectives, deliver results and create an engaging and productive work environment.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years at an executive level and working with Regional/ global teams
Have prior experience working in a cross multi-cultural environment
